UniprotDEVELOPMENTAL STAGE: First observed in the distal and middle regions of cotyledons of torpedo-shaped embryos. Later localized in bending cotyledon, and mature embryos, but no signals were detected in the presumptive shoot apical meristem (SAM) and the boundary region during embryogenesis. During flower development, first observed throughout the floral meristem. Later expressed in rapidly growing floral primordia. Detected to a lower extent in vegetative primordia. During flower development, first observed throughout the floral meristem.
