Source Description
TAIRencodes a member of the DREB subfamily A-4 of ERF/AP2 transcription factor family (TINY). The protein contains one AP2 domain. There are 17 members in this subfamily including TINY. Ectopic or overexpression of this gene in a Ds tagged line has reduced cell expansion. The expression of this gene is induced by ethylene and light and appears to stimulate cytokinin biosynthesis.
